Directions:
The Washington County Courthouse is located
near the intersection of Routes 1A and 192 behind the
downtown business district in Machias.
From Southern Maine:
Take Route. 1 North to Machias, once on Machias turn left
off Route. 1 onto Center Street. Take a left off Center
Street onto Court Street. Courthouse is large brick complex
on the right.
From Northern Maine:
Take Route. 1 South to Machias. Turn right off Route. 1 onto
Court Street. Proceed up Court street approximately 1/4
mile. Courthouse is large brick complex on the right.
